Dual phase steel bend head is a steel corner helper in pipeline systems – something specifically designed to make pipes turn (such as 90 degree right angle or 45 degree oblique angle), but it is more powerful than ordinary bends because it is made of dual phase steel (a special type of stainless steel), which is structurally like a combination of “hard bone+soft muscle”: half of the hard ferrite can withstand pressure, and half of the flexible austenite is resistant to fracture, making it both sturdy and durable, as well as resistant to corrosion such as acid, alkali, and seawater.
