Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

Stainless steel seamless pipe is a long steel material with a hollow section and no seams around it. The thicker the wall thickness of the product, the more economical and practical it is. The thinner the wall thickness, the processing cost will increase significantly. The process of this product determines its limited performance. Generally, seamless steel pipes have low precision: uneven wall thickness, low brightness of the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe, high cost of sizing, and pitting and black spots on the inner and outer surfaces that are difficult to remove; its detection and Shaping must be processed offline. Therefore, it reflectsits superiority in terms of high pressure, high strength, and mechanical structural materials.

Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Stainless steel elbows are used where pipe fittings turn; flanges are used to connect pipes to each other and are connected to the pipe ends; stainless steel tees are used where three pipes come together; stainless steel four-way pipes are used where four pipes come together. Place; stainless steel reducer is used where two pipes of different diameters are connected.

Stainless steel welded pipe

Welded steel pipe, also called welded pipe, is a steel pipe made of steel plates or strips that are welded after being curled and formed. The length is usually 6 meters. The production process of welded steel pipes is simple, the production efficiency is high, there are many varieties and specifications, and the equipment investment is low, but the general strength is lower than that of seamless steel pipes.

Stainless steel sanitary pipe

Stainless steel sanitary pipe is a high-quality stainless steel pipe mainly used in applications requiring a high degree of hygiene and food safety.

Flange

Flange, also called flange plate or flange. Flanges are parts that are interconnected between shafts and are used for connection between pipe ends; they are also used as flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment for the connection between two devices, such as reducer flanges. Flange connection or flange joint refers to a detachable connection in which flanges, gaskets and bolts are connected to each other as a set of combined sealing structures.
